OUR FAMILY PRAYER
Topic: FAMILY

Late Friday afternoon our dog Mai had to go out for a moment and when she looked up to come in we realized that she was in a large puddle of solid (undiluted) blood. Mai was rushed to Machias Veterinary hospital where she stayed Friday and Saturday pumped up with antibiotics, and fluids to keep her from dehydrating. Mai's blood tests show that all of her vital organs are working fine, but the doctor feels it could be an infection that has hurt capillaries. Yesterday morning we were told to pick her up and decide if we want to try to see if she gets any better, or put her down (during Christmas) Before we left the house Sunday Morning I went through The Machias Valley Newspaper and came across this "Card of Thanks" I prayed the prayer and today Mai shows no signs of blood in her urine. She still isn't 100% and isn't eating or drinking
(but she isn't losing blood anymore)
The prayer is a promise to St. Jude that his prayer will be published so here it is.
Holy St.Jude, Apostle and Martyr, great in virtue and rich in miracles, near kinsman of Jesus Christ, faithful intercessor of all who invoke your special patronage in time of need, to you I have recourse from the depth of my heart and humbly beg to whom God has given such great power to come to my assistance. Help me in my present and urgent petition (ASK HERE) In return I promise to make your name known, and cause you to be invoked.
3-Our Fathers 3- Hail Mary's 3- Glory Be
(Promise your publication)
St. Jude pray for us all who invoke your aid. AMEN

Thank You St. Jude, and Meme' whoever and wherever you may be for giving our family a little bit of hope this Christmas with your published prayer.

FOR CAMILLA'S PEEPING FRIDAY
Topic: FUN STUFF

This is for you CAMILLA

This is my 3-4 lb. Coach bag. I bought it without realizing how heavy it really is because I was sold on the idea that is has a serial # on the inside with a guarantee that it would last a LIFETIME and is big enough to fit EVERYTHING.
I didn't put together that most items that are made using HALF AN ANIMAL last a lifetime, not to mention will be very heavy to carry around and make you look like you're carrying a BEAST at your side. I have had "THE MONSTER" for about 3 years now so I'm too attached to it.
Today it has inside:
#1 Items I have to mail tomorrow
#2& 3 My dirty orange gloves and keys
#4&5 My licenses, organizer/checks, etc.
and an ugly pen(I must have taken from someone...somewhere???)
#6,7, 8, & 9 Not one, BUT THREE AAA auto club cards, my old favorite watch with a broken wrist band, My USPS ID, and two pieces of a leftover candycane. Just those few items and THE MONSTER still weighs a little over 3 lbs.
