7-UP Bundt Cake Recipe
1 1/2 cups Butter
3 cups of sugar
5 eggs
3 cups of flour
2 Tbsp. Lemon Extract
3/4 cup 7-UP
Cream sugar and butter together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add flour. Beat in lemon extract and 7-up. Pour batter into well greased and floured jumbo Bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours.
WOW!!!
I can see why the 7-UP family is up HIGH in the SKY.
This Bundt is a TOTAL SUGAR HIGH!!
