LE' BLURRY TOE

Try your hand at Broommaking. Fun!
This was sent to me by my sister:
The legend of the Broom, was that if the Lady of the house would go shopping or whatever ( not be in the house) she would put her broom outside, to let others know that the lady of the house was not at home ( like a no a solicitor sign, don't bother ). Also Hay is protection ( Jesus was laid in hay) and if the handle is made of oak. ( cannot not be cut from a tree the handle needs to have fallen off a tree) also Astral Projection was said to have helped, cleaning of spirits in the house.Laying the broom above the door prevents unwanted guest and if the broom falls off its the announcement of unwanted guests, spiritual or physical ( its what worked for people in those days.
Is it superstition or real ???
